The Easiest Loaf of Bread You Will Ever Make. There is nothing like freshly baked bread. The soft and fluffy white bread recipe is made with simple ingredients and is excellent for toast, garlic bread or simple sandwiches.

300 ml warm water

9 g yeast

500 g bread flour or all-purpose flour

10 g salt

15 g sugar

20 ml oil or melted butter

Add yeast to warm water and leave for 5 minutes for yeast to activate. Add flour, salt, sugar, and oil. 

 Mix the dough for 4 minutes. Leave to rest for 2-3 minutes then mix again for 4 minutes on second speed. 

Leave to rise for an hour in a warm place.

Sprinkle the countertop with flour and stretch the dough into a rectangle. Roll the dough into a tight roll that has the same length as the pan. Seal the seam well and place the dough seam-side down in the greased pan.

Proof for 30-40 minutes. 

Bake at 380F for 30 minutes.

Cool down completely before cutting.
