Ingredients
1 medium Onion sliced and sauteed
4 can Tuna with oil or water
1 clove Garlic
Salt
Pepper
2 medium peeled and cooked potato
1 tsp chopped Parsley
½ vegetable bouillon mix cube
Instructions
Peel, wash, and cook potato. Cool down completely. Reserve around 100 ml potato water and mix ½ bouillon cube.
Drain the tuna through a sieve or, to save time and washing up, just use the can lid to squeeze out the oil. Reserve the oil of one can of tuna.
Cut onion and garlic. Saute lightly in the tuna oil. Add salt, and pepper to taste. Saute just to get tender but not brown. Cool down completely.In a food processor add tuna, potato, onion mixture, parsley and bouillon water. Mix until you get a uniformly mixed paste.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with toast, crusty bread or crackers.
